A selection of sandwiches, wraps or rustic baguettes;
to Include:
- Home roast topside of beef with rocket & creamed Horseradish.
- Chicken, bacon, avocado, salad & mayonnaise.
- Smoked ham, mature cheddar, tomato & dijon mustard mayonnaise.
- Free range egg mayonnaise.
- King prawn, homemade seafood sauce & rocket.
All of our finger buffets will include the following
- Fruit skewers or fruit platter
- Bitesize tiffin’s, brownies or loaf cake
- Premium crisps
Please pick one of the following platters to accompany your finger buffet. For an extra £ 4.50 per person you can add further platters from the list below.
Ploughman’s Platter
To include slices of quiche, sausage rolls, pork pies, scotch eggs, & a farmhouse chutney dip.
Healthy Platter
To include toasted pitta strips, marinated olives, marinated chicken skewers, crudités & a healthy low–fat dip and tomato & mozzarella kebabs.
Indian Platter
To include chicken tikka split sticks, onion bhajis, vegetable samosa, vegetable pakora and a spicy mango chutney dip.
