Green Tangerine Catering Terms and Conditions
Admin Office Hours are 9 am – 5pm Monday – Friday.
All orders can be placed online up to 5pm the weekday before the buffet is required except specialist options – Executive, Canape or Hot Food menus.
We place orders with our suppliers for specialist items by 3 pm, each day. If you need to reduce or cancel your order the following conditions apply:
Cancellation & Reduction Policy –
All reductions or increases or cancellations must come through as an email before 5 pm the previous working day. Email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please also note your booking is not cancelled until you receive a confirmation from the bookings team.
All buffets deliveries are chilled up until the point of delivery. By law each client has 4 hours to consume the buffets kept at ambient temperatures.
Green Tangerine Catering will deliver as close to the time you require the buffet however we ask our clients to be flexible. Green Tangerine Catering will always deliver your buffet prior to your requested time however we plan our delivery times upon location, size of buffet and route access. If our clients do not have any flexibility with certain buffets, we ask you to state this at the time of order.
You can pay directly by credit card once the invoice is received via a link.
Credit terms are strictly 30 days from invoice. Payment can be made via a BACS payment or Company Cheque.
